We Held Our Annual Summer Ball on 
Saturday 18th July 2026 at the 
Livermead House Hotel, Torquay

Members and friends from across the Bay and beyond, gathered at
the Livermead House Hotel for the Branches annual Summer Ball.

Our President Kevin welcomed everyone to the evening and then invited us to
stand for the Exhortation, eloquently delivered by Major Ron.

Following Grace, we enjoyed a delightful three-course meal efficiently served by the hotel staff.

Following dinner, we were entertained by Lea Millman who took us through songs
from wartime in the 1940’s through to music many of those present
remembered from our younger days.
Lea encouraged audience participation although the standard of the vocals
from some of the audience sometimes differed a little from the normal musical score!
The RBL dancers were often in evidence on the dance floor
with the occasional ‘Dad Dancers’ joining the ensemble.

A good time was had by all.
