The business to be transacted shall be:

•       Consider reports and Accounts for the past year.

•       Elect/re-election of the officers of the Branch:
Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon Secretary, Hon Treasurer.

•       Elect/re-elect members to the Branch Committee

•       Reports from: President, Chairman,(Pete Digby), Treasurer,(Marilyn

•       Consider and Raise any motion.
