The 2025/26 Poppy Appeal year was given a fantastic start with a quiz night in the Cotswold Club. The evening raised £378.00 to set the Appeal fund running for the new year.

Collections during the Poppy Appeal period leading up to Remembrance Sunday raised £5490. Our thanks go to all those involved in collecting door to door in Minchinhampton and Box, and to the local Scouts for assisting with a weekend street collection. Thanks also to all the local schools and businesses in the Minchinhampton, Box and Amberley areas who do a magnificent job in promoting our cause amongst their staff, visitors, students, and customers.

This year saw the continued use of a Branch QR code which enabled people within the local community to donate to the local Branch Poppy Appeal online using a mobile phone. The code helped us raise a further £388.50

At the end of September 2026, the Branch Poppy Appeal for 2024/25 stood at £5739.91
