As part of the RBL Form MS1 Branch Information Annual Registration process,

All registered Branch SB's and Parade Marshals are required to Submit a signed MS1B (Section 5 MS1) "SECTION 5 – STANDARD BEARER/DEPUTY STANDARD BEARER/ PARADE MARSHAL PHYSICAL FITNESS CONFIRMATION"

This section must be signed by the appointed Standard Bearer, Deputy Standard Bearer and Parade Marshal.
