The Royal British Legion (RBL) is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance and Armistice Day.

Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

Armistice Day is constantly commemorated in the UK, annually on the 11th November.

Held at Stratford Town FC: Remembrance Service at 1500 Saturday 07 November 2026.

Held in the Garden of Remembrance, SUA: Remembrance Service at 11.00 Sunday 08 November 2026.

Held in the Garden of Remembrance, SUA: Armistice Day Service at 11.00 Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Held in the Commonwealth/Canadian Cemetery: Remembrance Service at 1600 Wed 11 November 2026.

Stratford Upon Avon RBL Branch Members and Volunteers will participate in all the above events.
