Why you should join?
Your support is vital to the care of the ex-Service community.
The Legion can help serving or ex-members of the British Armed Forces, or their dependents, with war pensions or compensation claims, resettlement and training.
Who can join?
Anyone can join who supports the objectives of The Legion and of course if you are serving or have served it provides a great way of meeting others who have also served.
How much does it cost to join?
The annual subscription fee is £17.
If you have a UK Bank or Building Society account you can pay by direct debit. This method of payment is preferable and has the following advantages:
-
your membership card will be sent to your home address and your membership will not lapse through oversight;
-
payment to the Branch is prompt and we do not need to collect your subscription and send your new membership card to you each year.
All cheques should be made payable to 'The Royal British Legion'.
