Poppies at the Mill - Sat 17th August 2019

This Poppy Appeal event was the first major event, outside of Remembrancetide, organised by our Poppy Appeal Team of Cheryl Watkins, PAO and Haydn Stevens, DPAO and it was a great success; the amount of effort that was put in by these two was astounding and despite a few last minute hiccups it was a resounding success.

The amount raised at the festival was in £1,127.80 plus an additional £105.82 from the "Shop-in-a-box" (Poppy Appeal merchandise) and Cheryl and Haydn are already starting to plan for next years event.
