We are delighted to welcome you to our cemeteries and memorials. To get the most out of your visit, please exercise caution and common sense:

• Be alert and aware of potential risks, such as flooding or fallen trees. We regularly add notices to our cemetery pages on this website, so please check before you visit.
• Check local conditions before visiting, including weather forecasts.
• Use common sense by keeping an eye on children, following designated pathways, and avoiding uncertain terrain.
• Please also follow safety guidance from other organisations, for example, if you are visiting a CWGC plot in part of a larger cemetery.
• Be mindful of fellow visitors and those living and working near our sites.

Our cemeteries and memorials are working sites, so you may encounter members of our operations teams when visiting. They are always happy to say hello, but try not to disrupt them if they are in the middle of a task and please understand if they have cordoned off an area for their work.
