CONVENING NOTICE BRANCH AGM
Notification is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Stowmarket Branch, Royal British Legion Branch will be held at the Club premisses, 8 Tavern Street, Stowmarket, IP14 1PH on Thursday 2 December 2021 beginning at 19:30 hrs
The business to be transacted shall be to:
- Consider reports and accounts for the past year.
- Elect the following Officers of the Committee:
Branch Chairman (3 Year Term).
Branch Vice-Chairman (3 Year Term).
Branch Treasurer (3 Year Term).
Branch Secretary (3 Year Term).
- Elect members to the Branch Committee.
- Consider and raise Motions and Charter Motions to the Annual Meeting of County/District Conference.
- Appointment of Delegates to the Annual Meeting of the County Conference and Annual Conference.
Please complete the attached Branch AGM Registration and Nomination Form and return to the Branch Secretary no later than Thursday 18 November 2021 (for the notice on the website) or, the form held on the Notice Board will be removed by the Branch Secretary on Thursday 18 November 2021
