The business to be transacted shall be to:

1. Consider reports and accounts for the past year.

2. Elect the following Officers of the Committee:

1. Branch Chairman (3 Year Term).

3. Elect members to the Branch Committee.

4. Consider and raise Motions and Charter Motions to the Annual Meeting of County/District Conference.
