At the AGM held on the 1 Oct 2021, a new committee was elected with a task of rejuvenating the branch and making it more effective in the support of the Armed Forces Community (Serving, Veterans, Families & Supporters) in Southport.

One of the first tasks of the new committee was to move the branch into a more central and accessible location in Southport. We are proud to be in our new premises in Wesley Street, Southport. From our premises we run the Armed Forces Community Hub, providing many types of support to our Armed Forces from simply a place to have a chat, a laugh and a cuppa, to more extensive support through the Royal British Legion. We are open each week Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-14:00 and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00-12:00.

If at anytime you visit our Hub and we are closed it may be for the reason that we do not have enough volunteers to staff the Hub at that particular time. If you have spare time on your hands then why not help us to be open more often. Anyone can get involved as a volunteer, for more information please email our Membership Secretary by clicking HERE.
