The Branch Annual General Meeting is to be held at 14.00hrs on 28 October 2023 in the Conference Room, Ayrshire Barracks, Mönchengladbach.
Below are the Agenda for the meeting and an applixcation form to propose new members of the Committee. The term of office is one year. You may nominate yourself or another member (with their acknowledgement).

CALLING NOTICE
RHEINDAHLEN BRANCH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
28 OCTOBER 2023 AT 14:00 HOURS
Our AGM will be held as previously in the conference room SEF(G) (building 350) in Ayrshire Barracks,
Gladbacher Strasse 560, 41179 Mönchengladbach. Copies of the Agenda and minutes of the last AGM are attached (*postal members see note below).
Branch Elections. All Committee positions will be up for election. An application / nomination form is attached, with full instructions, and must be returned as shown by 12:00 hours on 20 October 2023.
Canvassing is forbidden. If you become aware of canvassing by, or for a candidate, immediately inform our
President, email: Rheindahlen.Committee1@rbl.community.
Additional Items. To add items to the agenda (at the Chairman’s discretion) submit them to the Branch Secretary (email: Rheindahlen.Secretary@rbl.community, or by post to: Stakelberg 22, 41063 Mönchengladbach) by 20 October 2023, with a copy to Rheindahlen.Chairman@rbl.commuinity.
Attendance. To facilitate planning, it would be helpful if you would let the Secretary know by 20 October 2023 if you will attend. If you plan to drive, please also tell the Secretary, the make, model, colour and registration number of your car.
We hope to have refreshments – tea, coffee, cakes, etc available. Donations to cover the cost would be welcome and any surplus will go to the Poppy Appeal Fund. Donations of finger-food such as cakes, sausage rolls, pastries, etc would be much appreciated. Please let the Secretary know, if you are able to assist.
