You're not alone in that, and you don't have to work it out on your own.

We've launched Heroes Academy, a free learning site for veterans living with hearing loss and tinnitus. There are seven short courses, written in plain English, covering what's happening to your hearing, what helps, and where to get support.

You can do them at your own pace, on your phone or computer, whenever suits you. Finish a course and you'll get a certificate for it.
