1. NOTE: Bye Laws are subject to special arrangements and may be amended at any time by the Officers and Committee or at the Annual General Meeting.
2. When advertised a Special General Meeting is called for the proposed change of Club Rules. All Club Members are encouraged to attend and vote on the proposed changes.
