The Royal British Legion has recently acquired funding for the town's new Garden of Remembrance.
At the first viewing on 8th July 2016, pictured with the students from Kirklees College who have spent the last few months building it, we saw that the garden is very nearly complete.
There will be a short ceremony later in the year when the Garden of Remembrance is placed in the Market Place in Huddersfield.
