Tesco volunteers:

As a result of our last Poppy Appeal Organiser retiring from the post after last years successful appeal, County have appointed a new "Supermarket PAO" to organise this years appeal at Tesco.

The branch will continue to support the Tesco appeal but those of you who have volunteered in recent years will now be contacted directly either by Stuart (the new Supermarket PAO for Tesco) or Lucy Williams (the County Poppy Appeal Manager).

The branch will continue to distribute poppy boxes and collecting tins to our local shops and businesses together with our local schools. Thank you to Lorna Woor and Mike Perkins who have stepped forward to be Poppy Appeal Organisers for the distribution of these boxes for this year.

The branch will also again be supporting Cambridge United FC in their remembrance fixture this November.
