The Eltham and Wellhall Branch was one of the first to be established, in 1921, having already been formed, as an ex-Serviceman’s association, following the Great War.
The Branch lies in the south of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, with its historic military connections, arising from the Old Royal Naval College, and Woolwich Barracks.
