Poppy Ride in London;
https://www.letsride.co.uk/dashboard/rides/poppy-ride-london
A 20 mile jolly around 70 or more sites of interest (maybe a few war memorials); 4th May; I’m a “Guided Ride Leader” with British Cycling’s “Let’s Ride” team, and if you’re interested in leading such a ride, maybe we can make this something that could grow into an annual event.

Update on the "Poppy Ride London" - due to the success of this ride on the 4th, with 16 happy cyclists, fine weather (mostly) and requests for repeats, another Poppy Ride London will be held on the 22nd June. Sign up to it here; https://www.letsride.co.uk/dashboard/rides/poppy-ride-london-20242

Normandy 80

Commemorating the 80th anniversary of D-Day, we’re riding around the sites in June; but sadly this is now full, so no spaces. Note, this is not the RBL ride that the Events Team are putting on (see next item); this ride has been organised by a Branch member, who’s uncle was a D-Day veteran. Read the ride report here.
