Branch meetings and Events 2026
- Saturday 23rd May, 1:30pm, Immanuel Parish Hall, Off New Lane, Oswaldtwistle. CWGC talk, free entry with donations to branch and CWGC
- Monday 22nd June, 1pm, Oswaldtwistle War memorial, raising of the flag for commencement of Armed Forces Week.
- Sunday 5th July,2pm - 4pm concert by Maelor Hughes, Coach House Garden, Rhyddings Park, Oswaldtwistle. Proceeds RBL Poppy Appeal. Tickets £5 available from friendsofrhyddingspark.com
- Sunday 12th July, 1pm, summer quarter Branch meeting, AFC and RAFAC Joint Cadet Building, Harvey St, Oswaldtwistle. BB5 3LT.

Remembrance/commemoration
- Remembrance Sunday, second Sunday in November, sees us supporting Hyndburn Borough Council Civic parades for our community. In the morning in the township of Church for an 11am service at the Gatty Park Peace Memorial and in the afternoon starting with a parade marching off at 2pm followed by a service of Remembrance at approximately 2:30pm at Oswaldtwistle War Memorial. The Oswaldtwistle parade and service is traditionally well attended with many of our affiliated youth groups taking an active part.
- Armistice Day, 11th November. We pay informal homage at Oswaldtwistle war memorial at 11am. A small gathering takes place to observe the two-minute silence at 11a.m. Anyone wishing to join us is more than welcome.
