Parade starts at 11.15am from South Mill Arts, Fun Day 12pm - 5pm on Sworders Field

Armed Forces Day Event - Stalls and Military Displays 1.30pm - 4.30pm at the Castle Gardens War Memorial, Bishop's Stortford

1.50pm: Local dignitaries, VIPs, veterans, RBL members and members of the public will be asked to assemble at the War Memorial for a Service of Thanksgiving. 

2.00pm: Branch President John B Robinson will preside over the service.

After the service, there will be a variety of charity and military themed stands set up in the area of Castle Gardens adjacent to the Terrace Cafe. Our local Army Cadets, Air Cadets and emergency services will be there to demonstrate and display what they do.

   
"Royal British Legion - Supporting our Armed Forces" Pin Badges:
For the first time the Royal British Legion will be marking Armed Forces Day with a national collection for the Poppy Appeal and have issued “Royal British Legion - Supporting our Armed Forces”  pin badges which will be available on our stall.

RBL branch fundraiser coffee morning at the Methodist Church Hall 10.00 to 12.00 noon
