2015 Poppy Appeal Update:

As the period of Remembrance approaches so too does the start of another RBL Poppy Appeal Collection. The Launch this year will take place at Cwmpadarn Primary School, Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth on the 21st October, 2015 starting at 9.15 am.  All members are welcome to attend.

During the collection period last year, the Aberystwyth branch successfully raised a staggering £33,218.27 thanks to the generosity of our community and also, in no small part, due to the fantastic effort put in by all those who volunteered their time and energy.

With this in mind may I call on the services of Aberystwyth branch members again this year. The collection period this year is 24th October -  7th November, 2015 and collection points are Morrisons, CKS, Waun Fawr and Co-op, Park Avenue, plus street collecting and a few smaller shop venues. If you have a few hours to spare please let me know the dates and times when you are available and where you would prefer to collect.
