On Sunday 15th October 2023, the new South & West Yorkshire County Standard was officially Dedicated by Canon Paul Maybury, rector of Leeds Minster.

In the presence of Deputy Lord Lieutenant Stan Hardy, the Lord Mayor of Leeds, Councillor Al Garthwaite, Royal British Legion Members and parishioners, County Parade Marshal John Huck led the Standard Bearers to the altar. Canon Maybury performed the dedication and a minutes silence was held to remember those who have given their lives for our Country.
