The commemoration of the 72th anniversary of the end of World War II and the liberation of the Detention Camps in Europewill take place on Monday 8 May 2017 in Ypres:

Programme

1915     Gathering and forming up of the parade on St Maartensplein

1925     Ceremonyn at Belgian Monument

1935     Ceremony at Remembrance Plaque, Hotel Regina

1940     Ceremony at Polish Remembrance Plaque

              Ceremony at French Remembrance Plaque

1945     Parade to the Menin Gate Memorial

2000     Last Post Ceremony

2010     Parade to the Grote Markt

2030     Reception offered by Town Council of Ieper

The Last Post will be sounded by the buglers of the Last Post Association.

The Parade will be accompanied by Koninklijke Harmonie De Vijverzonen Dikkebus.
