2024 AGM and Nomination of Branch Official's

Location & Timings:

2024 Annual General Meeting for the Yeovil & District Branch BR255, of TRBL will be held in the Committee Room of the "Yeovil Ex Services Social Club" (YESS), Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ. 01935 42884 on Tuesday 29th October 2024 at 19.00 p.m.   Please arrive from 18.30p.m. onwards to enable a prompt start.

Convening Notice & Election of Officers Proforma Returns:

All branch members will be sent a Convening Notice and Election of Officer Proforma/nomination sheet with copy being displayed on the RBL Yeovil Notice Board within the Y.E.S.S. Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ. Please return Election of Officer Proforma ASAP to the Branch Secretary or Chair.  

Election of Branch Official's:

Should you wish to be considered for the position of a Branch Officer or Committee Member, please convey your details and nomination to the Secretary either via the "Election of Officer Proforma" or email malcolmemery@btinternet.com text 07845959398 or complete the nomination sheet displayed on the RBL Yeovil Notice Board within the Y.E.S.S. Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.

Agenda & TRBL Membership Card:

Agenda will consist of a General Discussion by the Chair, Annual Reports by Branch Officers and Election of Branch Officers for year 2024/25.

Voting of Official Matter & Branch Officers:

If you intend to vote on official RBL matters? please ensure you are in possession of a current & valid TRBL Membership card.

Apologies/Absences:

Please inform the Secretary or Branch Official's if you wish to send your apologies.

Closing Date for Items to be included in the agenda;

Any items for the agenda are to be submitted to the Chair or Secretary at least 7 (seven) days prior to the AGM.

There will be a cut-off time of 5 p.m. Friday 25th October 2024.

Any urgent/late considerations will be retained for discussion/decision at  the "Earliest -Next Committee Meeting".
