A Warning Notice and nomination sheet will displayed on the RBL Yeovil Notice Board within the Y.E.S.S. Club, Legion Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.

Location & Timings;

It is intended (subject to confirmation) to hold the Annual General Meeting for the Yeovil Branch, Royal British Legion, in the "Yeovil Ex Services Social Club", Preston Road, Yeovil BA21 3AZ.(YESS) on Thursday 29th October 2024 at 7.30 p.m.   Please arrive from 7 p.m. onwards to enable a prompt start.

Apologies/Absences;

Please inform the Secretary if you wish to send your apologies.

Closing Date for Items to be included in the agenda;

Any items for the agenda are to be submitted to the Chair or Secretary at least 7 (seven) days prior to the AGM.

There will be a cut-off time of 5 p.m. Monday 21st October 2024.

Any urgent/late considerations may be dealt under "Matters Arising for consideration" or at "Next Committee Meeting".
