The Royal British Legion is a charity, set up under Royal Charter,
whose prime objective is the material suppport of the welfare of
service and ex-service personnel, their widows and
dependants. To this aim the Royal British Legion raises
money all the year round through their Poppy Appeal, highlighted in
the two weeks in November at Remembrancetide.
Should you be a serving or ex service member of the UK Armed
Forces or a widow or dependant of such and are in need of welfare
assistance please do not hesitate to contact the Royal British
Legion either at a National Level,(on Legionline

Similarly if you are one of the people whom the Legion was formed
to protect, and are in genuine need of a break there is a Poppy

eligible to stay for one or two weeks. Click here
