ALL WINDERMERE BRANCH MEMBERS ARE URGED TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT THIS SGM TO DISCUSS THE FUTURE OF THE BRANCH.

At a recent Windermere Branch AGM it was not possible to form a fully functioning committee as the current branch treasurer resigned and the current branch sec was unable to commit to taking on the role at the time.

Therefore, we are calling a Special General meeting to discuss the future of the branch and what options there are going forward.

There will be 3 options available to the branch at the SGM and the Membership Engagement Officer (Clive Sumpter) or the County Chair (or his County Representative) will outline them to those present at the SGM. It is not possible to discuss those matters outside of the meeting as only those present will have the option of voting on any of the 3 options available.

All members of the branch are entitled to attend and vote at the SGM, so all are urged to show up and discuss the future of the branch.
