REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY.     Windermere Branch, Royal British Legion has contacted all of the usual participants and asked that they muster at Goodley Dale BY 2.15 p.m. on Sunday 13 November, ready to march the short distance to the war Memorial at 2.20.  A brief service (including Roll of Honour) will be held at the War Memorial at 2.30 p.m. but, this year, this will not be followed by a march down to Bowness, nor an afternoon service at St Martin's Church.

After the short service we will march back to Goodley Dale before disbanding. We will be accompanied by the Kendal Sea Cadets whilst Burneside Brass Band will be in the Memorial Garden playing hymns & the National Anthem.
