The Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway kindly allowed us to have a Poppy Appeal stall at their Wartime in the Cotswolds event, which took place over the weekend of the 23 and 24 of April 2016.

It is a very popular event with the public with many attractions such as military and classic vehicles of the era, re-enactment groups in period uniform and even several members of the public arrived dressed in 1940's clothing.

Train rides take place all day from Toddington to Cheltenham and everybody is issued with their own Wartime Identity Card.
