The Annual General Meeting of the Washingborough & District Branch and the Bassingham & Brant Broughton Sub-Branch will take place – 

At The Turks Head, High St, Heighington, Lincoln LN4 1RG 

On Wednesday, 13th November 2019 commencing at 15:00hrs (3pm)

 Agenda – an outline Agenda has been sent to members who may submit suggestions for items to be added to the Agenda by contacting the Branch Secretary by email to - Washingborough.Secretary@rbl.community. The suggestions should arrive with the Secretary by the 6^th November 2019.

Notes

1. the Agenda will be revised during the week prior to the Meeting and
2. suggestions of a non-urgent nature may be deferred to a later Branch Meeting. 

Election of Officers – an election of Branch Officers and Committee members will take place during the meeting. Nominations will require a Proposer and Seconder and be submitted to the Branch Secretary using the Nomination Form enclosed to arrive by the 6^th November 2019.
