Incorporated into the British Legion on 23 June 1921, the branch has supported its work ever since and raised £3338.53 for the Poppy Appeal in 2025.

Our Poppy Appeal Organiser at Wark and District Branch has, once again, shown her fundraising skills by raising an impressive £3338.53 in 2025, exceeding the 2024 total of £3102.81.
Thanks go to all the people of Wark, Bellingham and district who have been so generous once again.
