The Legion helps serving and ex-servicemen and women as well as their dependants and close family. Anyone who has served  - or is the relative of someone who has served - in any branch of the Services for at least seven days is eligible for help from the Legion. You do not have not be a member of the Legion to be eligible for help.

This help comes in a variety of guises, including advice and support, financial aid, social programs, assistance with household repairs, and many more.

The helpline is open from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week and calls are free from most landlines and major mobile networks. Some operators may charge, however.
