1 Mrs Tracey Walker has been appointed as the Solihull Branch Chair as from the 8th August 2017.
2 The Branch President, David Mouzer, issued the following press statement at the completion of the 2017 Poppy Appeal return to RBL HQ;
"On behalf of the Solihull Branch of The Royal British Legion, I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who supported the 2017 Poppy Appeal and helped us to achieve another bumper year, raising the substantial sum of £54,600
Without your help The Royal British Legion would be unable to continue it's vital welfare and benevolent work in aid of the Country's Service Personnel and their families.
