Committee Meetings

The Branch's Committee meets on the Second Thursday, every other month in January, March, May, July, September and November. The meetings are currently held in St Edmund's and start promptly at 18.30 with the reading of the Ode of Remembrance.

Members are more than welcome to attend and observe the meeting and to raise items under Any Other Business. If there's an important item you'd like to bring to the meeting then please raise it with the Branch Secretary and he will get you added to the official agenda with a slot for the item you'd like to raise. 

The meetings run through all the usual items you'd expect at a Committee Meeting, Action Updates, Officers' Reports, Correspondence, Membership Updates and Future Event Planning.

A normal meeting usually runs for an hour, but a full agenda with several events to organise may take and hour and a half.
