Airmans Memorial Dedication:      

On Saturday 4^th December we helped Bishops Cannings Parish Council organise a dedication service for 15 airmen who lost their lives in tragic air accidents in and around their village. Along with local branches of the Royal British Legion, RAF associations and the local ATC, we honoured the men by holding a service and wreath laying at the newly installed stone monolith on Horton Road, Devizes. Teas and refreshments followed where stories were shared and Mulled wine tasted. Thank you to Ruby Darbyshire for playing the bagpipes, Tim Ashton for playing the last post and the staff at The Crown Inn for their hospitality.
