The Saffron Walden RBL are running a 200 club with the profits being used to go towards the annual cost of having the Band for the Towns Remembrance Day Parade which in 2022 was £850 for Transport and Refreshments.
Each participant has paid £10 per number and they will be entered into the 12 monthly draws the first of which was on the 18th of July and the holder of number 152 won £100.
Each month a membership number (1 to 200) will be drawn and the owner of that number will win £100 except for the 6th month which will be a £100 prize and two £50 prizes and the 12th month which will be two £100 prizes and two £50 prizes.
We are now contacting existing players to see if they would like to play again in the Draw starting in July 2024 and we will then sell unrequired numbers and numbers above 200 if the interest is there.
The prizes for the next set of draws will be dependent on the numbers sold but we are hoping for them to be as good if not better than this year.
