The Royal British Legion in Northern Ireland is split into a number of groups. Royal Hillsborough branch is part of Group 7 which consists of the following branches. 

Ballynahinch, Banbridge, Bessbrook, Downpatrick, Dromore, Kilkeel, Killyleagh / Killinchy, Loughbrickland, Newcastle, Newry, Rathfriland, Royal Hillsborough

The group representatives meet on a quarterly basis and each group is represented on the Northern Ireland district committee and has a group standard.
