Victory over Japan Day was 15th August 1945 and marked the date that Japan
announced its surrender in World War Two.

Join Redditch Royal British Legion and the community to remember
the "Forgotten Army" who fought in the Far East.

We will honour the bravery and sacrifice of those whose lives were changed by war
in defence of our freedoms.

We come together to honour the past, and look forward to the future with hope.
