Occasionally the Pawlett Royal British
Legion Branch holds a Cheese & Wine evening for our local Poppy
Collectors. The evening is not only an opportunity for the
Collectors to meet each other, but is also a way for us to say
"thank you" for all their efforts. We also use the evening to
present any long-service awards that are due to our Collectors.
Below are some pictures from presentations made at the 2012
evening, held at the Pawlett Royal British Legion Club in April.
The County Community Fundraiser, Sue Potepa, attended the evening
and was good enough to make the presentations.
As well as those shown below, Pearl Tremblett became eligible
for her Ten Year Certificate but unfortunately could not
attend.
