Occasionally the Pawlett Royal British Legion Branch holds a
Cheese & Wine evening for our local Poppy Collectors. The
evening is not only an opportunity for the Collectors to meet each
other, but is also a way for us to say "thank you" for all their
efforts. We also use the evening to present any long-service awards
that are due to our Collectors.
Below are some pictures from presentations made at the 2009
evening, held at the Pawlett Royal British Legion Club in May. Our
Branch President, Raymond "Jim" Doust made the presentations.
