DIARY DATES FOR 2016

We work very hard to organise events that we hope the whole community can enjoy and would appreciate any feedback you have. It may be that there is something you would like to support us with or help out with or something that we do not do that you think we should. We have regular committee meetings and are happy to discuss your ideas.

PLEASE COME ALONG AND SUPPORT OUR EVENTS, THANK YOU.

400 CLUB - April to August

Tickets go on sale for this in March at £5.00 each.

This entitles you to inclusion in 20 weekly draws for £10

plus the final draws made at the Carnival  for prizes of

£100, 2 x £75, 2 x £50 and 6 x £25.

One of our main fundraisers, this is a very popular draw and tickets are much in demand.

If you have not previously entered, but would like to, please contact a member of committee as we DO NOT go door-to-door for this, thank you.

BINGO - March 4 at Over Community Centre

Come and join us for a night of Bingo at the Community Centre. The proceeds of the Raffle are kindly donated to TRBL.

Eyes down at 7.30pm

AFTERNOON TEA/CRAFTS - June 4 at Over Community Centre

Following the success of last years event, we are delighted to be holding our afternoon tea again. Stall holders will be there to sell their beautiful crafts and there will be a vast choice of home made cakes and pastries as well as sandwiches and savoury delights.

Tickets will be £4.50 per person. This will buy you as much tea, coffee, cakes and savouries as you would like. Drinks will be brought to you at your table as the cake stands will be regularly re-filled.

This was a wonderful event last year, exceeded all expectations and we do hope you will join us again.

This year will be ticket only - we were completely overwhelmed by the attendance last year and would like to ensure that everyone has a comfortable place to sit and chat with their family and friends.
