Poppy Appeal

Last year the Branch had a very successful year raising funds for the Poppy Appeal, reaching over €13,000

Unlike most UK based Branches the Poppy appeal runs throughout the year because of the large number of commemorative events which take place in Normandie as the year passes. 

Last year was a particularly strong year as we had the D Day 80 celebrations which culminated in the massive international event at the British Normandy Memorial, Ver sur Mer on 6 June which was attended by HM the King and other heads of state.
