Please note that there will be a meeting of the District Committee on Saturday 2nd March 2024. The meeting will be held in Attenborough School, Normandy Barracks, Bielefelder Str., 33104 Paderborn-Sennelager. To access the barracks, the following information is to be with the District Secretary in the email below by 20 February 2024 at the latest:

• Full name
• Passport/ID card number
• Car make, model and colour
• Number plate

Specialist appointments are not automatically put on the agenda. They may submit a report if they wish and should confirm their intention by informing me before 20 February 2024. Items marked in blue will be deleted if not confirmed with the Secretary by this date . These procedures were agreed at the District Committee Meeting on 10 March 2007 and are designed to make the meeting as efficient as possible.

Although it is not mandatory it would be of great assistance if written reports, preferably by e-mail, could be submitted before the meeting. Any items that branches wish to include on the Agenda are to be with me by 20th February 2024.

 The District Committee consists of a representative from each branch. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
