Remembrance Tributes from near and far.
Local school-girl Annabelle Wrigley
(Age 11 years) has written the Remembrance Poem below:
All you have to do is stand still for two minutes,
Imagine what they had to do.
All you have to do is remember,
Imagine what they had to do:
Through the rain,
Through the snow,
Through the fog.
All you have to do is think of them,
Imagine what they had to do.
All you have to do is wear a poppy.
Imagine what they had to do,
Through the darkness of the night,
Through the wind,
Through the burning sun.
Remember them.
