The Branch has provided a Memorial Bench in the Garden of Remembrance at the Cenotaph on Morecambe Promenade and this was dedicated during a short ceremony which took place at 12-00 noon on Saturday 21st June 2014.

The ceremony was attended by the families and friends who have donated funds in memory of former Branch Officers Mr Harry Sheppard and Mr Frank Briggs-Allen together with the Lady Masons of Morecambe & Heysham Lodge No. 15 to provide this Memorial Bench for the benefit of the residents of and visitors to Morecambe.
