The Branch Committee are hoping to support this event again this year alongside the newly formed Morecambe Bay Branch of the Merchant Navy Association.

The Morecambe & Heysham Branch were again present at this popular local event on Heysham Village Community Playing Fields this year, to promote the work of the Royal British Legion, recruit new Members and raise funds to support the work of the Branch.

Once again we were blessed with good weather but the organisers prudently made the announcement of the trophy winners earlier than usual to avoid pushing their luck with the forecasted showers.
