Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting will be held at The
Trowell Court Centre on Monday 9th October 2023 at 1.30pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to elect Officers to take the Branch forward. A
nomination form is attached if you would like to volunteer to undertake a Branch role.
Nomination forms can be returned by email to the Branch Secretary,
MansfieldBellamy.Secretary@rbl.community
or by post to the address shown below.
If more than one nomination is received for any position a ballot will take place at the
meeting. Only Legion Members are allowed to vote.
Also attached is a draft of the meeting Agenda.
