CONVENING NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

ROYAL BRITISH LEGION MACCLESFIELD BRANCH

The AGM of Royal British Legion Macclesfield Branch
will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at the Branch HQ, 76 Chestergate, Macclesfield, SK11 6DY

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to adopt the Annual Accounts to June 2025, to elect Officer's & Committee Members, to debate any Motions submitted for inclusion at the Legion’s Annual Conference 2024/25, and to discuss any items submitted by members through the Branch Committee for inclusion in the Agenda.

Nominations from members for Officers and Committee are to reach the Branch Secretary at least seven (7) days before the AGM.

Motions and Charter Motions for submission to the Annual Meeting of the County/District Conference are to reach the Branch Secretary at least seven (7) days before the AGM.

All Branch Members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
