On Saturday 15 April 2023 several members of the Loja Branch attended the funeral of Bill Buckman along with his family and many of his friends.

Bill had previously been a member of the Loja Branch of the RBL.

The service was held at the Tanatorio in Santa Fe and afterwards at the restuarant of the Estacion de Repsol in Moraleda de Zafayona.

At the request of his family any donations were to be given to the RBL Loja Branch for the Poppy Appeal 2023.

In total 254.80 euros were collected and on behalf of the Loja Branch I would like to say a huge thankyou to everyone who gave so generously.
