Little Gaddesden

The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.

Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

On Remembrance Sunday, we gather at the War Memorial on the village green for the annual Service of Remembrance, which is well supported by the Scouts, Cubs and Brownies and by pupils from Little Gaddesden School, as well as by the Legion and the Village.

Further details of this year's event will be shown on our News and Events page nearer the time.
